Galloping Horses Welcome the New Year
On 13 February, 2026, our school hosted the Lunar New Year event, "Galloping Horses Welcome the New Year". During the morning, various classes engaged in a wide array of handicraft activities and classroom decorations, filling the campus with a vibrant festive atmosphere. In the afternoon, the highly anticipated "Flower Market Martial Arts Show" took center stage, bringing the day's celebrations to a thrilling climax. This year, we were deeply honored to welcome guests from the Lions Club of Repulse Bay to present awards to the winning students of the Red Packet Design Competition. Following the presentation, Principal Ng and our distinguished guests officiated the eye-dotting ceremony for the lion dance, symbolizing good fortune and auspiciousness for the new year. The student lion dance team then delivered a spectacular "plucking the greens" performance. Parent volunteers also thoughtfully prepared traditional festive foods, including turnip cake, siu mai, and "Lo Hei" (Prosperity Toss). Guests, teachers, and students enjoyed these delicacies and celebrated the heartwarming festival together in a joyful and harmonious atmosphere.
