Life-wide-learning Days
Throughout the academic year, our school organizes ten Life-wide-learning Days, including five "Let You See My World" outdoor photography activities. These activities allow students to engage in photography with various themes, artworks, and props. Following the activities, students participate in post-production, sharing, and appreciation of their work, fostering their photography skills, creativity, and interest in the arts.
Life-wide-learning Days are conducted in collaboration with various subjects and integrates different values and attitudes with elements of generic skills. For example, in partnership with the Values Education Group, we organize the "National Security Education Carnival," which promotes students understanding of the nation and cultivates an appreciation for Chinese culture through diverse Chinese traditional and artistic cultural activities, strengthening their sense of national identity. Additionally, through themed activities across different subjects, students apply academic knowledge and develop diverse values. For instance, in collaboration with the Vocational Training Subject Panel, students experience various professions and engage in hands-on activities, fostering an understanding of work, diligence, and positive values and attitudes.
To provide more opportunities for students to independently navigate real-life situations, Life-wide- learning Days also include practical learning experiences, such as using Octopus cards to make payments at eateries, planning routes, and traveling to destinations independently via public transport.

Additionally, a series of STEM activity lesson plans have been developed and uploaded to our teaching platform, enabling teachers to systematically conduct STEM activities with students.
Furthermore, our school organizes STEM Learning Days to promote interdisciplinary, school-based STEM learning activities. These activities integrate elements from subjects such as General Studies, Mathematics, Information and Technology, Visual Arts, and Civic and Social Studies, aiming to enhance students` problem-solving, creativity, and logical thinking skills.

Moral Education
The curriculum is based on the 12 optimized values and attitudes outlined by the Education Bureau (December 2023). These values are incorporated into the school-based curriculum in the first semester and the Tung Wah Moral Education curriculum in the second semester. The program features four learning stages with a three-year cycle and four thematic units per year. "Perseverance" is a mandatory value taught every first semester. Other values are integrated into topics related to personal, family, societal, national, and global issues across primary and secondary levels.
To enhance students' identity with the school and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. the second semester focuses on the Tung Wah Moral Education curriculum, including lessons on the school emblem, song, and motto. Themes like "Diligence, Frugality, Loyalty, and Faithfulness" are taught through stories and historical examples that embody these values. Lessons are designed with progressive activities (knowledge, emotion, intention, and action) such as storytelling, real-life examples, and experiential games to encourage students to practice values in daily life.
