Healthy Living Experience Classes
To increase students' participation in physical activities and foster a regular, healthy lifestyle, the school offers two Healthy Living Experience Classes" per week for all students.


Students are divided into groups, with a variety of sports activities arranged to cater for diverse interests and abilities. These include traditional sports such as basketball, bowling, soccer, table tennis, dance, gymnastics, adventure activities, and stretching exercises, as well as emerging sports like Finnish Mölkky and Rouligiu, a Chinese soft ball sport. Specialized programs are also offered, including Towel Exercise Class and Foam Stick Exercise Class, where teachers and students collaborate to select music and design creative movements using towels or foam sticks.


Additionally, a "Swimming Lessons for everyone" is conducted during the same lesson period. Taught by school teachers and external coaches, this program allows students from all four levels to take turns participating in swimming lessons across four units throughout the year, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to experience swimming!

 

 

Talent Building Classes

In alignment with the Joint-School Arts Education Development Program, he school has introdmced a variety of art groups as part of the talent training lessons. These include the Sand Art Team, Chinese Painting Team, Pottery Class, and Fabric Craft Creation. These activities aim to enrich students' artistic experiences while fostering their creativity and appreciation for the arts.
