Hunan Zhangjiajie Chinese Culture Tour
From May 4 to 8, 2026, our school organized a five-day, four-night "Hunan Zhangjiajie Chinese Culture Tour." Subsidized by the "One-off Grant for Promoting Chinese Culture Experiential Activities," this field study aimed to enable students to experience firsthand the country's rapid development and profound cultural heritage. The itinerary was rich and diverse. Teachers and students first departed by high-speed rail, witnessing firsthand the modernization achievements of the national transportation infrastructure. They then ventured deep into the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to explore breathtaking natural wonders crafted by the masterpieces of nature. In terms of cultural immersion, the team fully engaged with the rich Chinese cultural heritage and unique ethnic minority customs by visiting the historic Fenghuang Ancient Town, touring the Zhangjiajie Museum, and watching the grand cultural performance, Charming Xiangxi. This invaluable journey not only effectively broadened the students' horizons but also allowed them to deeply appreciate the country's historical inheritance and modern advancement through firsthand observations, further fostering their sense of national belonging and cultural pride.
