As the Hong Kong Observatory will lower the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal to No. 3 between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. tomorrow (19/09/2025), the Education Bureau announces that schools for children with intellectual disabilities will be closed tomorrow (19/09/2025), and students will not be required to attend school.
